Kym On Family--

    She hardly knows her family.  Fostered away to Bitra Hold at the age of four, she grew up self-concious and bitter, sure her family didn't want anything to do with her.  The sole exception was her oldest sister, Evieleen, who always managed to visit.  Her fostermother scared the young Kymra, and she rebelled against what the woman tried to teach her.  When her father came to evaluate her for marriage, she met with disapproval (as did her fostermother) and after an unsuccessful attempt to marry her off, he disowned her.  Kym rarely talks of her childhood and hasn't met several of her younger siblings.

Kym on Daphne--

    She adores her youngest sister, who has joined her at Xanadu.  Although they aren't very close, Kym probably considers Daphne as her closest relative.

Kym on C'viel--

    Their relationship was tarnished from the start -- they met while Kym was proddy.  She nearly attacked him before discovering that he was her nephew, and he's always regarded her as a scary person to be avoided.  Kym mothers him; she wants him to settle down with a nice girl when he's perfectly happy with N'hn.

Kym on T'gger and Eldana--

    She used to think she loved them both.  They were all unoffically weyrmated -- a menage a trois -- but it grated on Kym's nerves that her significant others would dislike each other for sevendays at a time.  So eventually, dear, sweet Kym put an end to the relationships and has since been seen making plays (proddy and otherwise) for other riders.

Kym on T'on--

    Oh dear.  T'on is Kym's arch-nemesis, and they've been at each other's throats since Candidacy.  Rare moments, when both are reasonably sane and un-proddy, have shown that they can, in fact, be nice to one another, but both manage to forget that sooner or later.  Proddiness has left both competing for the title of Scariest Greenrider In The Weyr; scenes between the two include swordfights, crossdressing (notKym!), stripping (also not Kym!), and knivethrowing (yeah, so maybe that's Kym).  To make matters worse, T'on recently found out that they're cousins.  What could be worse?
